A quick dessert made with leftover white rice cooked in coconut milk and sugar. Add the hazlenuts and kewra water and serve with some black chocolate cookies. A light dessert with a lovely flavor.
Make the dough with flour, avocado pulpe, oil, salt, pepper, pepper, carom seeds and dried fenugrec leaf powder. Fry as pooris or bake for healthy snack sticks.
Rice flakes/petals or poyas cooked with mustard seeds, curry leaves, beetroot and red onions.
